Position Overview
Hospital-employed Anesthesiologist position at an independent regional medical center in Southwestern Nebraska. The anesthesia group includes 3 MDs and 6 CRNAs.
Practice Details
No medical supervision of CRNAs. MDs take backup call only while CRNAs handle first call. During work weeks, physicians either run the OR board or perform their own cases. Epic EMR in use.
Facility
Level 3 trauma ER. Services include Heart Institute, certified primary stroke center, cancer services, and orthopedic surgery. No heart surgery performed.
