Position Overview

Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist needed in Bangor, ME for leave coverage.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Optional weekend 12-hour in-house call.

Case Mix and Responsibilities

Average 90 cases per day. Case mix is 85% adult, 10% pediatric, 5% trauma. Required skills include spinal, epidural, regional, OB, ultrasound, arterial line placement, and CRNA supervision. Preferred skills include neuro head and spine, complex vascular, central line placement, and vent management. Case breakdown: 30% general, 10% OB, 10% neuro, 5% thoracic, 10% complex vascular.

Compensation

Pay is $300 to $400 hourly.
