Position Overview
Hospital-employed W-2 Anesthesiologist position at a major public teaching hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Academic environment with residents and medical students.
Key Responsibilities
General anesthesia with subspecialties including OB, neuro, regional, and chronic pain. 100% supervision model for C-sections.
Schedule and Call
Day shifts 7 am to 7 pm and night shifts 7 pm to 7 am with post-night shift day off. 7 weeks of vacation structured in shifts.
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible required. Fellowship-trained candidates in critical care, regional, OB, or neuro highly encouraged.
Compensation and Benefits
$400,000 to $450,000 annual salary. 7 weeks vacation.
Practice Details
44 CRNAs and 11 MDs on staff. Teaching hospital with academic affiliations.
