Position Overview

Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist position in Eureka, California.

Schedule and Call

Coverage needed approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month on an ongoing basis. Weekday shifts vary from 8 to 12 hours. Nights and weekends required. Call coverage includes weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call. Guaranteed 8 hours per day with a minimum of 5 to 7 shifts per month.

Case Mix and Skills

Wide surgical scope including ortho, vascular, neuro, thoracic, OB, and pediatric cases. Skills required include general, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia. Central line and arterial line placement required. No cardiac surgery performed at this facility.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $300 to $400 hourly.
