Position Overview
W2 or 1099 CRNA role at a hospital near Broken Arrow, OK. New graduates considered. Compensation starts at $287,000 and reaches up to $334,000 by year five.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual pay range $280,000 to $330,000. $50,000 sign-on bonus with four-year commitment. Overtime and call pay $180 per hour. 8 weeks PTO. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k). CME allowance starts at $3,000 year one and rises to $7,000 by year five.
Schedule & Call Requirements
8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available with flexible scheduling options.
Practice Details
Care team model. Cases include neurosurgical, vascular, thoracic, pediatric, general surgery, orthopedic, plastic, and urology. No cardiac cases. OB limited to C-sections. Spinals performed; no regional blocks or labor epidurals required.
Qualifications
New graduates accepted. Both W2 and 1099 options available.
