Position Overview
A leading hospital in Northern New Jersey seeks full-time, part-time, and per diem CRNAs for a high-acuity, full-scope practice. The role offers clinical autonomy with strong team support.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay ranges from $280,000 to $300,000 annually for W2 full-time positions, with overtime pay available. A $100,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Per diem rates are $180 per hour for weekday days and $190 per hour for nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include 8 weeks of PTO.
Schedule & Call Requirements
No nights, call, or weekends required. Flexible schedules are available.
Key Responsibilities
CRNAs manage a wide range of cases including general, ortho, OB, peds, neuro, cardiac, vascular, plastics, transplant, and robotics. Regional blocks are performed for acute pain management.
