Position Overview

Permanent CRNA position at a hospital along the NJ/PA border in Alpha, NJ. The role offers a 4-day workweek with no call, nights, or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $260,000 to $350,000 annually. Up to $310K W-2 base plus overtime. $80K sign-on bonus and $20K annual employment bonus. 20.6% employer 401(k) profit-sharing contribution. Employer-paid malpractice and AANA dues. CME reimbursement. Generous vacation and sick time. Strong health coverage. $1,500 monthly SRNA stipend available.

Schedule & Call Requirements

4-day workweek. No call, nights, or weekends required.

Practice Details

Diverse case mix with opportunities for regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and central lines. New graduates welcome.
