Position Overview
Independent CRNA practice on Oregon's Southern Coast with broad case mix excluding hearts, heads, and major trauma.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay ranges from $305,000 to $490,000 annually. 1099 option at $230 per hour with paid call and over $500K earning potential. W2 option exceeds $365K with 9 weeks vacation starting, up to 11 weeks with tenure, and 6% retirement match. Up to $30K flexible sign-on and relocation package.
Schedule & Call Requirements
3-4 day work week. Paid post-call day off means call week equals 3-day workweek.
