Position Overview
Independent CRNA position in Southern Oregon at a hospital with ambulatory surgery center. Monday through Friday schedule 7am to 5pm with 1:5 call rotation (up to six call days per month including one weekend). CRNAs take first call with MD backup.
Compensation & Benefits
W2 option at $360,000 with 8 weeks PTO or 1099 option at $400,000 with 13 weeks PTO. Additional paid call and beeper pay. Sign-on bonus of $30,000 to $50,000 and relocation assistance offered.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Consistent Monday through Friday 7am-5pm. Manageable 1:5 call rotation.
Clinical Scope
Cases include general, ortho, GYN, ENT, podiatry, urology, spine, vascular, trauma (Level III), healthy pediatrics, and strong focus on regional anesthesia. Independent practice model allowing full scope with own regionals.
Practice Details
Hospital setting spanning main OR and ambulatory surgery center. Collaborative and independent model.
