Position Overview
CAA position at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting compensation up to $230k plus $45k start date bonus, annual retention bonuses, premium pay for call and extra shifts. Health, dental and vision benefits, 401k with match, paid malpractice with tail coverage. Relocation assistance available.
Practice Model
Anesthesia care team comprised of 10 physicians and 26 CRNAs and CAAs. Case mix includes general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, OB, robotics, IR, endo, GI, vascular, and pediatrics. No cardiac or trauma. 2024 annual case volume approximately 9700.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Flexible scheduling: three 13-hour shifts with call 2-4 times per month or 24 and 16 hour shifts with no call.

HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 206-bed acute care facility on a 94-acre campus offering a wide range of specialty services including a dedicated pediatric ER and children's hospital.
