Position Overview

Experienced CAA opportunity in Nashville, TN with Envision Physician Services at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and affiliated sites.

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000 start date bonus. Average earning potential $230K-$260K. Annual CME stipend, retention bonus, 401K, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Practice Model

Anesthesia care team comprised of 13 physicians and 29 APPs. Broad case mix including orthopedics, OB, neurology, urology, thoracic, vascular, and GI. No cardiac cases.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Flexible scheduling and balanced call rotation to support work-life balance. Full time, part time, and PRN options available.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a CAA required.
