Anesthesiologist $445K + $100K Bonus | North Miami Beach, FL

Position Overview

Full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist position at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, FL. Care team model with 7 physicians and 13 CRNAs.

Compensation & Benefits

$445K annual income. $100K start date bonus. 8-9 weeks PTO annually. Benefits eligible day one including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) with match. 100% company-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Rare in-house call. OB CRNA provides 24/7 in-house coverage. Any in-house weekend call compensated at $5,000+.

Case Mix

General, orthopedic, GI, GYN, robotics, urology, neuro, OB, and healthy outpatient pediatrics over 2 years old. No cardiac or trauma cases. 6 ORs plus offsite locations including Cath Lab and GI.

382-bed acute care hospital within the Jackson Health System serving North Miami-Dade and South Broward counties. Recently renovated with updated emergency department, labor and delivery, surgical suites, and patient areas.
