Position Overview

Full-time CAA position at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida. The role requires cardiac capability or willingness to learn cardiac with a minimum of 2 years experience as a CAA.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in collaborative practice model with shared clinical responsibilities. Case mix includes trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, GI, and neurovascular. No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a CAA. Cardiac capable or willing to learn cardiac. Shift flexibility is a plus.

Facility Details

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed Level II Trauma Center. The department includes 8 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists.

Compensation & Benefits
