Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time position at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate, FL. This opportunity offers a $75K start date bonus and a supportive anesthesia care team environment.

• $75K start date bonus
• Anesthesia care team: 17 physicians and 13 APPs
• 9 state-of-the-art ORs with approximately 11,000 annual cases
• Case mix includes general, bariatric, electrophysiology, urology, robotics, OB, ortho, and spine (no open heart or peds)
• Flexible scheduling with 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks
• Minimum call: 2 weekends per year and 1 weekday evening call every other week
• 8-9 weeks PTO with opportunity for additional earnings
