Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time opportunity at HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, Florida. This position offers a stable schedule within an anesthesia care team model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including neurosurgery, interventional radiology, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, general, plastics, ENT, spine, electrophysiology, and endoscopy
• Participate in a 3-day work week schedule consisting of two 14-hour shifts and one 12-hour shift

Schedule & Call Requirements

• 3-day work week with 2-14 hour shifts and 1-12 hour shift
• Minimal weekday call, primarily covered by 14-hour shifts
• Weekend call frequency of 1:6 from home (7a-7p)
• No overnight call required
• All call-back hours paid at premium rate

HCA Florida Westside Hospital is a 296-bed facility offering services in general, orthopedic, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, GYN, ENT, urology, spine, and intracranial neurosurgery, plus off-site anesthesia in cath lab, electrophysiology, MRI, and interventional suites.
