Autonomous Pain CRNA | Dallas, TX

Position Overview

A dynamic group in the Dallas, Texas area seeks experienced CRNAs for autonomous full-time and part-time positions in a busy pain management surgery center. This role focuses exclusively on interventional pain procedures in an independent practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for interventional pain management procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely throughout procedures
• Manage patients in the PACU for pain management recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current CRNA certification
• Valid Texas RN license (or eligible)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a practicing CRNA
• Proven ability to practice autonomously

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time: $240,000 annual salary
• Part-time: $195 per hour
• Full-time benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
• Benefits for part-time positions pro-rated based on schedule
