Position Overview

Join a thriving independent facility in the Fayetteville area of central North Carolina dedicated to high-quality anesthesia services for gastrointestinal (GI) procedures. Seeking experienced CRNAs for full-time and part-time positions with autonomous practice focused solely on daytime GI cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for a variety of GI procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed
• Manage emergence and provide post-anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in North Carolina or eligibility
• CRNA certification by NBCRNA
• Demonstrated expertise in anesthesia for GI procedures
• Proficiency in airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Monday through Friday
• Start times 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM; end times 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
• No call, nights, or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

• $220,000 per year on W-2 basis
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, workers’ compensation, paid vacation, health, dental, life, and disability insurance

Part-Time:

• $1,800 per day with 8-hour guarantee
