14/14 Schedule Anesthesiologist | Western PA

Position Overview

A well-established anesthesia group in Western Pennsylvania seeks a General Anesthesiologist for a full-time W-2 position featuring a unique 14 days on / 14 days off block schedule. This role offers 182 days off annually while providing comprehensive anesthesia services across general surgery, urology, orthopedics, plastics, ENT, robotics, light OB, and rare pediatric cases.

• Call: Flexible call schedule
• Lifestyle: 26 weeks of personal time per year

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• New graduates and final-year residents welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $570,000 W-2
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
