Partnership Track Anesthesiologist | Upstate New York

Position Overview

An established anesthesia group in northern Upstate New York seeks General Anesthesiologists for a full-time W-2 position. The role features a balanced B&B caseload with no high-acuity subspecialties required.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient cases
• Provide obstetric anesthesia including labor epidurals and C-sections
• Manage routine pediatric cases and ultrasound-guided regional blocks
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and maintain accurate records
• Oversee PACU care and respond to emergencies

Schedule & Call

• Standard weekday schedule
• 1x per week call with guaranteed post-call day off

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Completed ACGME Anesthesiology residency
• Board certified or eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active NY medical license or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• New graduates and graduating residents welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $650,000 annual base salary (W-2)
• 2-year direct partnership track

Practice Scope

B&B cases including OB, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Regional, and Outpatient. No Cardiac, Trauma, or Neuro cases.
