Position Overview

A well-established private practice in the Cincinnati, Ohio area seeks CRNAs for full-time and part-time positions focused exclusively on urology cases in an outpatient surgical setting. This role offers an outstanding work-life balance with no call, nights, or weekends.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Flexible shifts: four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week (typically 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• No call, nights, or weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for urological surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely
• Manage patients in PACU
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality initiatives
• Collaborate with urologists and surgical teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current CRNA certification
• Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible)
• SRNAs in good standing are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $245,000 (commensurate with experience)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus for 3-year commitment
