Position Overview

A well-established private practice in the scenic Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York seeks a General Anesthesiologist. The role features a diverse caseload of bread-and-butter cases including Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics, and Pediatrics in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for Orthopedics, Urology, OB, and Pediatric cases
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop customized anesthetic plans
• Participate in shared 1:7 call rotation with guaranteed post-call days off
• Manage intraoperative care and patient recovery
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams for patient safety

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
• New York medical license or eligibility
• New graduates welcome
• Proficiency in general anesthesia including pediatric and obstetric cases
