Position Overview

Join a premier, physician-led private practice in Brooklyn offering a full-time Pain Management Physician position with a direct path to partnership. This outpatient interventional pain role emphasizes autonomy and high-volume procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage robust caseload of interventional pain cases
• Perform Radiofrequency Ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulator trials/implants, Epidurals, and Joint Injections
• Conduct EMGs and diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with NPs and physicians for continuity of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• PM&R residency (Anesthesia-based candidates not considered)
• ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship (or currently enrolled)
• Valid unrestricted New York medical license
• Strong procedural skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $350,000 on W-2 basis
• 30% production bonus on collections
• 2-year partnership track with projected income of $600,000+
