Position Overview

A full-time Partnership Track Anesthesiologist position is available in Temple, Texas with an established private practice. This W-2 role offers a $500,000 annual salary and exposure to a broad surgical caseload in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for General, Neuro, Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, Cardiac, and Regional cases
• Manage lower-risk OB and healthy pediatric cases
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Participate in home call with guaranteed post-call day off
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology
• Texas medical license or eligibility
• Proficiency in Regional and Cardiac anesthesia
• Interest in partnership track
