Autonomous CRNA $250K | Western Ohio, OH

Position Overview

A well-established anesthesia group in Western Ohio seeks motivated CRNAs for autonomous full-time positions. This role offers a diverse case mix including Cardiac, Level 2 Trauma, Regional Anesthesia, and Outpatient Surgery with negotiable OB involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and trauma procedures
• Perform thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized plans
• Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks
• Monitor patients and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed
• Provide safe emergence and post-anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in negotiable call schedule

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in Ohio (or eligibility)
• CRNA certification by NBCRNA or eligibility (SRNAs welcome)
• Strong clinical skills for complex cases including trauma and cardiac
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base annual salary: $250,000 for full-time CRNAs
• SRNA starting rate: $225,000

Schedule & Call Requirements

Call schedule is negotiable, typically one weekend per month and 24-hour in-house call.
