Independent CRNA | Winston-Salem, NC

Position Overview

Experienced CRNA needed for independent anesthesia care at a specialized outpatient dental and oral surgery facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This 1099 locum tenens or part-time role offers complete autonomy with a predictable daytime schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer sedation for adult dental and oral surgery patients
• Perform pre-operative assessments and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Monitor patients and maintain appropriate sedation depth
• Manage post-sedation recovery and discharge
• Maintain accurate electronic anesthesia records

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted NC RN and CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS required
• Proven clinical autonomy; experienced CRNAs only
• Must provide own malpractice insurance

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Daytime hours only
• No call, nights, or weekends
• 2–5 cases per day
• Part-time or locum tenens

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour on 1099 basis
• 6-hour daily guarantee ($1,500 minimum per scheduled day)
• 100% independent practice
