Partnership Track Anesthesiologist | Los Angeles Area, CA

Position Overview

An established private physician-led anesthesia group located approximately one hour outside the Los Angeles metropolitan area seeks a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist for a full-time position. This premium opportunity offers an immediate direct partnership track in a stable private practice with 100% own cases and no mid-level supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative anesthetic care for adult and pediatric patients across general surgery, OB, peds, vascular, neuro, regional, ortho, outpatient, and 10% trauma cases.
• Perform independent general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Manage acute trauma scenarios with expert resuscitation and hemodynamic support.
• Execute ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and continuous catheter placements.
• Maintain compliant EHR and anesthesia documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited institution.
• ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency completion.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Active or eligible California medical license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Equitable 1:8 call rotation with guaranteed post-call day off.
• OB shifts available (10-12 per month) with premium compensation option.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting baseline of $550,000+ annually on 100% 1099 basis.
