Part-Time No Call CRNA | Wilmington, NC

Position Overview

An established ophthalmic surgery center in Wilmington, North Carolina seeks a part-time CRNA for a highly autonomous role focused exclusively on low-acuity outpatient eye procedures. This state-of-the-art facility offers a predictable, rapid-turnover environment with dedicated procedure bays and a supportive perioperative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer MAC or general anesthesia for adult outpatient ophthalmic cases
• Perform focused pre-anesthetic assessments
• Maintain airway and hemodynamic stability during rapid-turnover procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and discharges
• Complete thorough electronic documentation
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and surgical staff for efficient room turnover

Qualifications

• Active NC RN and APRN license
• NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience working independently in high-volume outpatient surgery centers

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Monday through Thursday only
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Most days conclude by 1:00 PM
• Flexible part-time options available

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,600+ per day on a 1099 independent contractor basis
