Position Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management, in partnership with The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center, seeks a CRNA for a faculty position in an academic anesthesia setting. This W-2, benefit-eligible role offers a $286,260 base salary based on 154 shifts annually (44 weeks of service).

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Combination of 12-hour and 10-hour shifts
• Typical 4-week rotation includes 12hr shifts (M/T/W) and 10hr shifts (T/W/Th/F)
• Additional shifts available for extra compensation
• 8 weeks off

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for Endoscopy, General Surgery, Major Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Podiatry cases at a Level I trauma center with a 74-bed ICU.

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA
