Position Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management, in partnership with The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center, seeks a CRNA for a faculty position in an academic anesthesia setting. This W-2, benefit-eligible role offers a $279,240 annual salary for 44 weeks of service with 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of cases including Endoscopy, General Surgery, Major Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and Podiatry
• Participate in clinical teaching and professional growth opportunities in a university environment
• Support a Level I trauma center with a 74-bed ICU

Qualifications

• Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Texas licensure

Compensation & Benefits

• $279,240 base salary (W-2)

• Additional compensation for extra shifts, float shifts, and critical need assignments
