No Call, $260K W2 CRNA | Granbury, TX

Position Overview

We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas. This is a full-time W2 position offering $260,000 compensation for 44 weeks of service with 8 weeks off and no call requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for bread and butter general surgery, ENT, Endo, Urology, Orthopedic, and GYN cases
• Split time between main OR and hospital-based ASC
• Opportunity to pick up additional weekend call shifts if interested

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA
