Position Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This high-acuity, collegial group emphasizes autonomy, professional growth, and work-life balance.

• Earning potential up to $350K+ with additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week

Schedule & Call Requirements

Shared call among 18 CRNAs with an average of 2–4 calls per month (more available by request). Daily coverage includes 18–20 CRNAs onsite for 24 active anesthesia locations.

Practice Details

CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines with strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia. Diverse high-acuity case mix includes general, urology, orthopedic, GYN, major burn center, hepatobiliary, vascular, EP labs, neuro spine/brain, complex OB, and neonatal surgery. Minimal peds.

Team & Environment

Collaborative team of 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs, 4 general anesthesiologists daily, 4 CV anesthesiologists, and student nurse anesthetists. CRNA-forward environment supporting continued learning.

Qualifications

Board certified. New graduates welcome—Hillcrest is a clinical site for 4 nurse anesthesia programs. Enthusiasm for full-scope practice with training available in regional anesthesia and OB.
