Position Overview

Serve as a CRNA at the Federal Bureau of Prisons facility in Lompoc, California. This role focuses on delivering primary health care to federal inmates, including assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions with emphasis on patient education, counseling, and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments
• Manage daily outpatient/inpatient operations and sick call
• Collaborate with physicians using established clinical guidelines
• Maintain institutional security as a core duty
• Perform health maintenance screening and risk evaluation

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $87,061 - $113,185 per year. Federal benefits package applies. A 30% recruitment incentive and retention incentive up to 25% may be available for qualifying candidates.
