CRNA Program Manager | Biloxi, MS

Position Overview

The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System seeks an experienced CRNA to serve as Behavioral Health Program Manager for the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MH-RRTP). Provide clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and operational management for Veterans with serious mental illness, SUDs, PTSD, and behavioral health conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented care aligned with VHA priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program development, strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives improving Veteran outcomes.
• Supervise interdisciplinary staff including nurses, social workers, psychologists, NPs, and psychiatrists.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance with VHA policies and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate care across services, support crisis response, and lead quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Participate in seasonal influenza vaccination program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $128,314 - $186,007 per year
• PTO: 50 days per year (26 days annual leave, 13 days sick leave, 11 federal holidays)
• Retirement: Federal pension (5-year vesting) + 401K with up to 5% VA match

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Ad-hoc telework authorized per VHA policy
