Position Overview

Join the Veterans Health Administration as an Advanced Practice Nurse (CRNA) in Geriatric & Extended Care at the VA in Richmond, Virginia. Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric evaluations in clinics and transitional care for hospitalized Veterans
• Lead triage of geriatrics consults, program development, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement
• Utilize face-to-face, telehealth, and e-consult modalities
• Preferred experience: 2 years academic geriatrics consultation/primary care, 2 years geriatrics transitional care, 3 years program development/quality improvement
• U.S. citizenship required; English proficiency; pre-employment physical and drug screening
