Position Overview

Join the Orlando VA Healthcare System Surgical Care Service as an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Nurse (CRNA). Provide evidence-based care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. Work collaboratively in a VA academic hospital program, managing patient panels, ordering diagnostics, prescribing interventions, and leading interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $116,629 - $181,478 per year
• Paid Time Off: 50 days annually (26 days annual leave, 13 days sick leave, 11 federal holidays)
• Retirement: Federal pension (5-year vesting) + 401K with up to 5% VA contributions

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Day shifts only
• No telework or virtual option
• Schedules determined by supervisor based on facility needs
