Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia and related services per hospital policies, AANA guidelines, and code of ethics.

• Offer oversight and mentorship to CRNAs, students, trainees, and staff in clinical and administrative areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and serve as a resource on nurse anesthesia advances.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $157,138 - $197,159 per year
