VA Anesthesiologist $325K-$400K | Tulsa, OK

Position Overview

Join the Veterans Health Administration as a full-time Anesthesiologist at the Ernest Childers Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, OK. Provide core anesthesiology privileges including general endotracheal, regional, spinal, epidural, and monitored anesthesia care. Supervise CRNAs, mentor physicians and residents in advanced airway management, and optimize perioperative flow for maximal OR utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform H&P, pre-anesthesia evaluation, and anesthesia care meeting community standards.
• Place central venous and arterial lines.
• Advanced airway management with fiberoptic assistance, including non-emergent and emergent cases.
• Leadership, guidance, and supervision of CRNAs.
• Teaching and coaching for physicians, CRNAs, and residents.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent from accredited institution.
• Full and unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens in limited cases).
• Board certification preferred for full-time CME reimbursement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $325,000 - $400,000 per year + performance bonus.
